Error When Using Online Services: OL-392


You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:

OL-392. Quicken was unable to bring all of your online transaction information up to date because it has been too long since your last update.


If you do not download your financial information on a regular basis (at least once a month), your financial institution may not make older transactions available, which would cause gaps in your financial information in Quicken.

We recommend that you update your account at least once a month to avoid any gaps in your transaction history. For more information regarding the amount of historical data that is availale for this account, contact your financial institution.
