On occasion, Quicken Support may ask to see your screen, in order to troubleshoot issues or assist you with using Quicken.  During screenshare, we're not able to control your computer or take any action on your computer system; we can only guide you to the right place on your screen.

Before you begin: If you're using a dual monitor setup, we recommend that you switch to a single monitor before using screenshare.

If you're using Chrome or Firefox

  1. Go to the screenshare website. (https://www.quicken.com/support/screenshare)
  2. Enter the security key that the agent provides to you and click Share your screen.  Quicken support can now see your screen.
  3. To end the session, click Stop sharing your screen.

If you're not using Chrome or Firefox
