Match your scheduled transaction


If you have entered future-dated transactions in Bill reminder and later download them in Quicken, you need to do a manual check regularly to endure that the entered transaction and the actual transaction match.

For example, let's say you have entered a schedule transaction for your mobile bill of 10 dollars to be paid on the first of every month. If the entered transaction details and the download details match, Quicken automatically marks the scheduled transaction as paid. However, the downloaded transaction details may not match with the scheduled transaction details. Your actual mobile bill can be 12 dollars and paid on the third day on the month.

    How to match transactions

    • If the transaction amount and date match, Quicken automatically marks the transaction as Paid.
    • If there is a discrepancy in the amount and/or date, you need to manually match them by dragging and dropping one into the other.
