Message When Connecting or Setting Up Accounts: OL-202, OL-204, OL-205, OL-206 or OL-207


You may receive one of the following errors when attemting to download new transactions, send online payments or setup online account services

OL-202, OL-204, OL-205, OL-206 or 207

These errors are due to high traffic or a temporary server outage.

In most cases, these errors resolve themselves within 24 hours and you will be able to connect on the next business day. If the error persists, continue with the instructions below.

Update Quicken to the latest release

Some financial institutions only support the latest release of Quicken. To update to the latest release:

  1. Choose One Step Update from the Tools menu.
  2. Click the check box to deselect all items, and then click Update Now.
  3. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to update to the latest release.
