Overview

You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:

OL-390. Quicken was unable to bring all your online transaction information up to date. The server may be currently unavailable or your account information may not be correct.

To resolve this issue 

This error occurs when the financial institution's servers cannot be reached for transaction download. You will need to contact your financial institution for assistance.
