Quicken Online Backup will no longer be available after 12/31/2017, and no new subscriptions will be accepted after 3/1/2017.

 

Quicken Online Backup is being discontinued

On December 31, 2017, Quicken Online Backup will no longer be available.  We encourage Quicken Online Backup users to begin backing up Quicken data elsewhere, such as local storage, external hard drives, or trusted cloud-based providers.  Users who currently subscribe to Quicken Online Backup will be unable to renew Quicken Online Backup services, and users who've subscribed or renewed already in 2017 will receive a partial refund.  No new subscriptions or renewals will be accepted after March 1, 2017.  All users with active subscriptions will be able to use Quicken Online Backup until December 31, 2017.

 

What does this mean?

If you're a Quicken Online Backup user, you'll have until December 31, 2017 to ensure that all of your data has been downloaded from Quicken Online Backup; after December 31, 2017, your data will no longer be available to download and cannot be recovered.

 

Future Plans
