Unable to Specify Lot When Selling Securities

Quicken will not let you specify the lot when selling securities that are marked with the Average Cost designation. To remove this from the security:

1. Choose Security List from the Quicken Investing menu.
2. Select the security in question, then click Edit.
3. Clear the Use Average Cost checkbox and click OK twice.
4. Close the Security List window.
