Quicken does not charge customers for using Quicken software to download online transactions or to pay bills online through a financial institution. Any applicable fees are determined and set up by the financial institution. These fees are charged when transactions are downloaded or bills are paid online unless you have signed up for Quicken Bill Pay. For additional information, contact your financial institution.

Customers using VOIP telephone services may encounter issues connecting to the Quicken Bill Pay support number. In some cases, disconnecting and dialing again connects successfully. If you are not able to connect using your VOIP service, please call from a land line or cell phone.
