Message "Your account needs attention" when creating a Quicken ID
When attempting to migrate to the new Quicken ID, you may receive the following error message:
"Your account needs attention. Please click here to contact us to continue using this user or create a new user below."
To resolve this issue:
- Close Quicken.
- Go to accounts.intuit.com and sign in.
- Using the Edit buttons on the right, add your email address and your mobile phone number.
- Go to Quicken.com and sign in with your Intuit ID.
- Reopen Quicken.
- Attempt to create your Quicken ID again.
You should now be able to receive the verification code necessary to complete the migration.
