Fit to One Page Wide Option When Printing Reports

Overview

The Quicken Fit to One Page Wide option automatically reduces font size, eliminates wasted space between columns, and compresses your report onto a single page or onto fewer pages if it spreads across several pages.

Instructions

To compress your report when printing:

1. From the File menu, choose Print. (The exact wording after Print can change according to what is actively selected when you choose Print. For example, if you have a report displayed, the menu item may appear as Print Report/Graph.
2. In the Orientation section of the Print window, select the Landscape option button.
3. Select the Fit to One Page Wide checkbox, and then click the Preview button to verify that the layout is acceptable. 
4. Click Print.
