Missing or Incorrect Data After Converting to the Latest Version of Quicken
The first time you open Quicken after installing a new version, Quicken converts the last data file you worked in. If you find that data is missing, here are two options for resolving this problem.
Ensure you have converted the correct data file:
- Click on File on the menu bar, then select Open.
- Browse to the correct file and select it. Quicken will prompt you to convert the file when you open it.
If you have the correct data file and the data did not convert correctly, restore a backup and convert the file again.
