Missing or Incorrect Data After Upgrading to the Latest Version of Quicken
The first time you open Quicken after installing a new version, Quicken converts the last data file you worked in. If you find that data is missing, here are some options for resolving this problem.
To fix this issue:
Step 1: Ensure you have converted the correct data file:
- In Quicken, click on File > Open.
- Browse to the correct file and select it. Quicken will prompt you to convert the file when you open it.
Step 2: Restore a backup:
If you have the correct data file open, and the data did not convert correctly, restore a backup and convert the file again.
If you've upgraded from Quicken 2012 or older
