For example, if you downloaded your transactions from your bank, we may have disclosed identifiers to our financial service partners in order to enable us to retrieve those transactions from your bank.

Marketing: If you have not unsubscribed / opted out of receiving marketing messages from Quicken, we may have disclosed identifiers to our marketing partners for the purpose of marketing products and services we believe may be of interest to you.

Analytics and Fraud Prevention: We may have disclosed identifiers (for example, your IP Address) to partners who provide analytics services to us (for example, to tell us how you use our website and features so that we may improve your experience) and to partners who provide fraud services (to prevent fraudulent use of your account).

Hosting, Development Tools, and Operations: Identifiers may have also been disclosed to our hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services), and third-party development-tool providers (such as Microsoft) and operations-support providers for the purpose of hosting our data, debugging, or other activities to improve our products and services.

Customer records information (any categories of personal information described in subdivision (e) of Section 1798.80) - for example, your bank or investment account transactions; and for Quicken Bill Manager users: bank account and routing numbers, Biller and/or Bill Pay information.

Content and Functionality Support: We may have transmitted financial information to partners who supply content and functionality support. For example, we may have transmitted information about your stock tickers to a financial service partner to provide you current market prices for your stocks. For our Quicken Bill Manager users we will transmit information you provided about Billers and Payment accounts to our partners that gather bill presentment information and/or process your bill payments.

Hosting, Development Tools, and Operations: Financial information may have also been disclosed to our hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services), and third-party development-tool providers (such as Microsoft) and operations-support providers for the purpose of hosting our data, debugging, or other activities to develop and improve our products and services.

Commercial information - for example, products or services you purchased, and records of your personal property

Categories of personal information Quicken has sold in the last year

Categories of third parties to whom the personal information has been sold

Identifiers - Quicken values the privacy of our customers and the confidentiality of their information. The CCPA has modified certain instances of our information-sharing of identifiers and re-categorized them as selling. Please refer to the right column for a detailed explanation of all such instances.

Advertising: If you have not opted-out of the sale of your information, we may have released your hashed email to our advertising partners. Hashed emails cannot be used to personally identify you. Email hashing allows marketers to obtain useful consumer data without compromising their customers' privacy. It may also be used to turn off advertising for existing customers.

If you have not opted-out of the sale of your information, and you went to certain pages on the Quicken.com website, we may have also released your IP address to our advertising partners. IP addresses may be used to tailor advertising to a consumer’s interest. They may also be used to turn off advertising for existing customers.

Credit Card and Bank: If you have unsubscribed or opted-out of marketing messages, or you have opted-out of the sale of your information, we have not shared identifiers with our credit card or bank partners. Otherwise, we may have released identifiers to those partners to provide you jointly offered products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. These partners are under a contractual duty to protect the privacy of your personal information and may not share it onward except with vendors who are directly involved in delivering these products and services, and who are also under contractual and legal privacy obligations.
