Quicken may show Direct Connect downloads from Chase as receiving pending/uncleared transactions. These transactions will have no relevant details, only a date and an amount - the Payee, Category, Number and Memo fields will be blank.
We have reported this issue to the OFX team at Chase to determine the cause. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have no ETA on any response or solution to this issue.
Quicken cannot resolve this issue. It is coming from data being transmitted by Chase bank servers.
