Connecting a Manual Account to Online Banking Services

Overview

If you have an existing manual (or offline) account and want to connect it to Online Services for transaction download, just follow the steps below.

Instructions

  1. Go to Tools > Account List.

  2. In the Account List, find the account you want to connect and click the Edit button next to it.

  3. From the Account Details window, select the Online Services tab and click the Set Up now button.

  4. From the Add Account window, type in the name of your financial institution in the search bar and select it from the results.

  5. Follow the steps provided in the Add Account prompt to log in to the financial institution’s website and finish connecting your account.

  2. Navigate to the lower-right corner of the account page and select Settings. This will open the Account Settings window.

  3. From the Account Settings window, select the Downloads tab.

  4. Select the Connect Account button to open the Add Account window.

  5. Type the name of your financial institution into the search bar and select it from the results.

  6. Follow the steps in the Add Account flow to log in to the financial institution's website and grant access to connect your account.
