To resolve this issue

We recommend checking the Quicken Community first for alerts about widespread issues or bank outages.

If there are no alerts in the Community, wait at least four hours and then try to update the account again.

Instructions

Step One: Sign out of your Quicken product, then sign back in.

  1. Open the Quicken menu in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Sign Out and confirm the action.

  3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID and password when prompted.

Step Two: Change your default browser and try again.

  1. Click on the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen and select System Settings.

  2. Click Desktop & Dock in the sidebar.

  3. Scroll down and select your preferred browser from the Default web browser menu.

If the issue persists

If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, contact Quicken Support for assistance.
