You will need to contact Citibank to resolve this issue. You can reach Citibank's technical support team directly at the phone number located on the back of your credit card or debit card.

When calling Citibank, advise the representative you need assistance with "open banking" or "Oauth connection" to ensure you are routed to the correct department.
