Overview

Quicken for Windows may report an error CC-900 when trying to update accounts activated for Express Web Connect.

To resolve this issue

This error is returned when the bank servers time out. This condition is most commonly resolved within 24-48 hours. Wait 48 hours and then try your connection again.

If you find that you continue to receive this error after 48 hours, please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
