Overview

This error message appears when your financial institution's website or service is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or an infrastructure issue with its systems.

• Message: “Our aggregation partner is currently conducting planned maintenance. Please try again in 4 to 5 hours.”

• Error: CC-577, FI_WEBSITE_IN_SCHEDULED_MAINTENANCE

To resolve this issue

We recommend first checking the Quicken Community for alerts on widespread issues or bank outages.

If there are no alerts, wait 24 hours, then try updating the account again.
