Error When Using Online Services: CC-900 or CP_SERVER_ERROR

Overview

This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the update server to receive transaction information. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue.

• Message: “An unexpected error occurred. Please try connecting to your account again. If this error persists, please reach out to support”.
