Overview

You may receive the following message while attempting to download transactions from your financial institution:

OL-303: Your financial institution cannot recognize the account <account name>. To continue, review the account information...

To resolve this issue 

This error occurs when the account you are trying to update has been closed by the financial institution, or there is an issue with the financial institution's servers.

If the account is not closed and you receive this error for over 24 hours, you will need to contact your financial institution for assistance.
