Error When Using Online Services: OL-314

Overview

This error occurs when a Direct Connect Bank Bill Pay payment is set for a date that has already passed or the date selected does not allow enough time for the payment to be sent (lead time).

To resolve this issue 

You will need to update the payment date to one that allows the necessary lead time. You can view your online payees' lead times by going to Tools > Online Payee List.

If the issue persists

If the payment has been scheduled with adequate lead time and you still receive this error, please contact Quicken Support.
