Overview

Quicken for Mac may return an OFX Error 15510 when attempting to update or add accounts using Direct Connect.

Cause

This error occurs when a bank requires enrollment or registration with them first in order to connect to their accounts through a personal finance management application.

To resolve this issue

The online support for the bank should be able to assist with the enrollment/registration process. Additionally, some banks offer self-help options through their websites.

If the error message does not contain the bank's phone number to call for assistance, you can find the contact number by logging in to your account at the bank's website, then locating their technical support or customer service information.

Note: Quicken Support cannot resolve this issue, as we do not have access to your account/login information on the bank's servers.
