Errors When Attempting to Add 529 Accounts to Quicken

Overview

You may receive CC-503 or FDP-103 errors in Quicken when attempting to add your 529 accounts. This can occur when the financial institution requires additional authorization before Quicken can access the account information.

Affected 529 Plans

Some of the affected 529 plans include (but are not limited to):

  • Indiana College Choice Advisor 529 Plan - Aggregator,

  • DC College Savings Plan - NA,

  • CHET Advisor College 529 Savings Plan (Now Fidelity Investments),

  • ScholarsEdge 529 Savings Plan,

  • NEST Advisor 529 College Savings Plan,

  • Kentucky Saves 529 Savings Plan,

  • Pennsylvania College Savings - 529 Guaranteed Savings Plan,

  • CollegeChoice 529 Direct Savings Plan (Now Indiana College Choice Advisor 529 Plan - Aggregator),

  • Ohio CollegeAdvantage Direct 529 Savings Plan.

To resolve this issue

  1. Log in to your 529 account at the financial institution's website.

  2. Go to Profile & Documents.

  3. Select Password & Security Features.

  4. Select Manage Financial Aggregator Access, then enable Quicken.

  5. Try connecting the account again.
