How to see your purchases and order status

If you need to access information about your order, or if you need to download Quicken again, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to and in the upper right hand side, click Sign In > My Account
  2. Enter your username (likely your email address) and password
  3. After you log in, you'll see your purchases at the bottom of the screen

NOTE: If you purchased before July 19, 2016, you'll need to click the link View Prior Purchases. You'll then log in again to see your previous orders, or your current order status.
