An issue has been identified in which accounts cannot be added for transaction download using Quicken Connect with the following banks:
Equitable Life Insurance
Wealthfront and Wealthfront Inc.
Jackson National Life
Empower Rtd - 401k
Financial Decisions
Invesco
Janus Henderson
Mutual of America
Dodge and Cox Funds
The Education Plan
Ohio Deferred Compensation
Victory Capital
Users who already have an account connected with these banks will see a $0.00 balance.
This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it.
Additional information
In the meantime, Direct Connect and Web Connect may be options if your bank provides them. Check with your bank to confirm how to set up your account for Direct Connect or Web Connect.
