Message When Using Online Bills: Important upgrade required for Online Bills
You may encounter the error below when trying to use online bills after you have converted from Quicken 2017 to the Subscription Release of Quicken.
This error is typically followed by a list of bills that need to be removed but the Remove option may not work.
To resolve this issue
- Go to the File menu > File Operations.
- Hold down Ctrl + Shift on the keyboard and click Validate & Repair (while continuing to hold down the keys).
- In the Validate and Repair window, check the box next to Super validate file.
- Note: If the top box does not say Super validate file (like in the example pictured below), please close the window and try again.
- Click OK.
- Once the process is complete, a data log will open that details what, if anything, was found. This log may be saved for later or closed.
- Close and re-open Quicken.
