Overview

You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:

OL-392. Quicken was unable to bring all your online transaction information up to date because it has been too long since your last update.

Information

If you do not download your financial information on a regular basis (at least once a month), your financial institution may not make older transactions available, which would cause gaps in your financial information in Quicken.

While most financial institutions provide transactions from the past 90 days, we recommend that you update your account at least once a month to avoid any gaps in your transaction history.

For more information regarding the amount of historical data that is available for your account, contact your financial institution.

Using Web Connect

If you need transaction data older than what the download contains, many banks will make this available on their website via Web Connect. For more information about Web Connect, click here.
