Overview

You may receive the following message while attempting to download information from your financial institution:

OL-101: Account <Account Name> received a transaction without corresponding holding information.

Details

This error occurs when information for a security is downloaded without a security identifier.

To resolve this issue

This can only be resolved by contacting Quicken Support and escalating the issue.
