Are you getting a $0.00 balance when updating some of your investment accounts in Quicken for Mac? Let's review the details about this ongoing issue.

Details

An issue has been identified in which some investment accounts are incorrectly displaying a $0.00 in the register. This has been primarily reported with the following financial institutions: 

  • Computershare Employee Plan 
  • Morgan Stanley Stock Plan
  • Prudential, Prudential Financial, and Prudential Retirement Services
  • ADP Retirement Service
  • Black Rock Asset Management
  • MassMutual - Insurance and Annuities
  • Jackson National Life
  • NY's 529 College Savings Program
  • Dodge & Cox Funds
  • Guideline

This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it.

Additional information

In the meantime, Direct Connect and Web Connect may be options if your financial institution provides them. Check with your financial institution to confirm how to set up your account for Direct Connect or Web Connect.
