An issue has been identified in which some investment accounts are incorrectly displaying a $0.00 in the register. This has been primarily reported with the following financial institutions:
Computershare Employee Plan
Morgan Stanley Stock Plan
Prudential, Prudential Financial, and Prudential Retirement Services
ADP Retirement Service
Black Rock Asset Management
MassMutual - Insurance and Annuities
Jackson National Life
NY's 529 College Savings Program
Dodge & Cox Funds

This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it.
Additional information
In the meantime, Direct Connect and Web Connect may be options if your financial institution provides them. Check with your financial institution to confirm how to set up your account for Direct Connect or Web Connect.
