Why do I see an incorrect phone number when I log in to Quicken Bill Pay?
When you log in to Quicken Bill Pay, you may see a screen that prompts you for Enhanced Security verification. When you see this message, it will contain example phone numbers, rather than your own phone number:
If you see this screen when signing in to Quicken Bill Pay, it indicates that you may have entered an incorrect username for your account. Please return to the Quicken Bill Pay homepage and try to log in again.
If you continue to see this Enhanced Security message, please contact Quicken Bill Pay support.
