Overview
Some customers use their Quicken program through a virtual machine. A virtual machine is a digitized computer that acts like a physical one. Typically, this is a digital version of Microsoft Windows running on a Mac system.
Details
Quicken is not designed with virtual machine utilization in mind. Customers may find themselves experiencing issues or bugs when using their program. This mostly appears as artifacts, or visual errors, such as missing parts of a data file or text appearing in the wrong locations.
Quicken Care agents can assist in some of these cases, but it is recommended to contact the customer support team of the virtual machine developer.
