California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Delete Request

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your online Quicken data. This includes your subscription and your user profile. Your online information, such as data synced for viewing on mobile or wb, will be unrecoverable. Your Quicken ID and user profile will be deleted so you will be unable to use Quicken without first creating a new Quicken ID and subscribing. You may not be able to open your local data files because you need a Quicken ID in order to use Quicken desktop.

This action will not delete any local Quicken data files on your computer's hard drive or backup files you have on your computer or on other, non-Quicken online storage such as Dropbox. You will need to delete these files yourself.

Only choose this option if you wish to no longer use Quicken products.

What information will be deleted?

Your Quicken information stored in our systems will be deleted. This includes but is not limited to your:

  • Financial information stored in Quicken

  • User profile information (name, phone, address, etc.)

  • User account

  • Subscription and subscription records


How long does it take for my information to be deleted?

The deletion process typically takes 35 days. In some situations, due to the amount of information and the databases involved, It can take up to 90 days.


Can I retrieve my information after it has been deleted?

Once your information has been deleted, we cannot recover that information.


What happens to my Quicken subscription if I request my information be deleted?

You must cancel Quicken subscriptions before you request that your information be deleted. If you have an active subscription, Quicken must retain your personal information to honor the Terms of Service.


Will I still have my user account with Quicken?

No.


Can I subscribe to again using the same email address?

No. One your delete your account you will not be able to subscribe to Quicken again using that same email address. You will have to use a different email to subscribe again.
