Why are some of my accounts missing on Quicken on the Web?

If you find that some of your accounts don't appear on Quicken on the Web, be sure to check that these accounts have been selected to sync in your desktop product.  If these accounts have been synced, it's possible that these accounts types have not yet been added to Quicken on the Web; currently, property and debt accounts do not sync from Quicken for Windows.  We're working to add all available account types to Quicken on the Web.

Why are some reports incorrect on Quicken on the Web?

If you find that some of your reports appear incorrectly on Quicken on the Web, be sure to check that these accounts have been selected to sync in your desktop product.  If these accounts have been synced, it's possible that these accounts types have not yet been added to Quicken on the Web; currently, property and debt accounts do not sync from Quicken for Windows.  We're working to add all available account types to Quicken on the Web.

Updates in progress

We're continuing to add features to Quicken on the Web.  Currently, we're working on these updates:

  • Quicken for Mac will sync property and debt accounts, however, Quicken for Windows does not; we'll be adding this in a future release.
  • Transfers into an asset account that is not synced to Quicken on the Web will appear as: [account not synced]
  • Loan accounts don’t show loan transactions from Quicken for Mac, only the account balance will appear; we'll be adding this in a future release.
  • Transfers will need to be created in the desktop app; we'll be adding the ablity to add transfers in a future release.
