Exchanging Quicken Products

If you purchased the wrong version of Quicken and just need to exchange it, we can help. Please reach out to our Quicken Support team for assistance.   

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your Quicken membership, please contact our Customer Support team.

Refund Policy

The Subscription Release of Quicken (Windows and Mac): 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee from the date of your Quicken purchase or subscription auto-renewal (not including shipping and handling fees).  

If you are not within the 30-day refund eligibility window, but want to cancel auto-renewalclick here for instructions. Canceling auto-renewal will let you to continue using Quicken for the remainder of your subscription term.

Quicken Bill Manager: Quicken Bill Manager is billed monthly and refunds are not available for this service. If you cancel Bill Manager, you can continue to use it until the end of your monthly billing term.

If you need a refund for a purchase or auto-renewal of the Subscription Release of Quicken, fill out the form below. Please note, this form can only be used by customers in the U.S. or Canada. Customers outside of the U.S. or Canada will need to contact Quicken Support

 

 

When and how will I receive my refund?

Refunds for electronically delivered products through Quicken are typically applied to your debit or credit card within 3 - 4 days.  If you purchased an electronically delivered product (download) from another retailer, you will receive your refund via a paper check in 3 to 4 weeks.

Note: Canadian customers will receive an email with a link and Bill.com setup instructions to receive their refund electronically. 

I paid for Quicken with a credit or debit card, or using ACH

If you paid for Quicken using a debit or credit card, Quicken will refund your purchase by applying the funds back to the original card used to purchase the software. Refunds are typically applied within 3 - 4 days. Depending on your bank's process, this could take up to 10 days. Please contact us if you have not received your refund after 10 days.

If you purchased an electronically delivered product (download) from another retailer, you will receive your refund via a paper check in 3 to 4 weeks.

I paid for Quicken with a check or cash

If you paid by writing a check or with cash, Quicken will refund your money by check, which is typically mailed within 3 - 4 weeks from the time the refund request is submitted. Refund checks are sent via US Postal Service and delivery times can vary.
